    This is a remote role.

    Align HCM is seeking a UKG Ready System Consultant to assist clients in efficiently implementing Workforce Management systems, specifically the UKG Workforce Ready system.

    **This role is 100% REMOTE and welcomes applicants from the US and Canada**

    Main Responsibilities

    • Support, optimize, and integrate Kronos Workforce Ready solution suite
    • Guide client teams through system and process analysis and review, involving hands-on, end-to-end configuration and testing - from requirements gathering to rollout and support
    • Develop and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
    • Prepare functional specifications for customizations, oversee testing, and acceptance of solutions
    • Establish data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro
    • Evaluate current configuration, identifying gaps and enhancing efficiency
    • Handle multiple clients simultaneously
    • Offer optimal solutions to clients through effective consulting practices
    • Deliver presentations and lead sessions for small to mid-sized client teams


    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of Implementation experience and/or certification with Kronos Workforce Ready
    • Experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Human Resources, or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support is necessary
    • Proficiency in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation methodologies
    • Familiarity with software project implementation life cycle
    • UKG Pro certification is a strong advantage
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, software, computer science, information systems, business technology is a plus

    Job Type: Full-time
    Travel Requirements: Up to 25% Travel required
