Job description
Ranger Environmental is an industrial and environmental cleaning company looking for motivated individuals to work in a fast paced environment. These individuals should be well-experienced with the technique and safety of operating a high-pressured water blaster in the industrial plant setting in efforts to clean industrial heavy equipment. Pay will be determined on work experience related to our industry.
- Valid DL is preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
This position involves various tasks in an industrial setting, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Performing general maintenance tasks
- Following safety protocols and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an industrial setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- No less than 1 year of hydroblasting experience.
Standard Newhire Benefits:
- 6 Paid Holidays after 90-days
- 2 Days Sick Pay annually after 90-days
- 2 Days Bereavement Pay after 90-days (according to Bereavement Policy)
- Eligible for Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90-days
- Eligible for 401k after 1-year employment (4% match)
- 40 hours vacation after 1-year employment, and annually thereafter; 80 hours vacation after 3-year employment, and annually thereafter.
