Job summary
We have an opening for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Charlotte NC We are looking for someone with experience in physical therapy who can work part-time 20 hrs a week The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to quality They will be responsible for providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries deconditioning or muscle nerve joint and bone diseases
Responsibilities
- Evaluate program participants through appropriate procedures and develop written treatment programs for each participant
- Administer appropriate treatment programs communicate program participant needs to appropriate staff provide needed re-evaluation and programmatic changes as necessary Maintain timely proper documentation Ensure adherence to accreditation standards licensure standards professional code of ethics confidentiality Attend clinical meetings exchange discuss evaluate program participant treatment programs Serve on rehabilitation treatment team(s) communicate with physicians staff professionals paraprofessionals consultants families community resources Participate in orientation programs write service summaries maintain daily billing summaries turn them into appropriate staff Plan implement in-service programs for staff other groups requested assigned by supervisor Write service summaries requested case manager/program director maintain daily billing summaries turn them into appropriate staff
