    Position Summary:

    The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Senior National Account Manager to drive Conair's success by optimizing both long-term and short-term objectives with our key retail partner. Based in Bentonville, AR, this role demands a proactive team player who excels in cultivating and nurturing high-level customer connections and rapport.

    The Senior Business Analyst will actively engage with our internal teams in Bentonville, AR, and Stamford, CT, providing crucial insights for strategic decision-making regarding new product launches, promotional strategies, and optimal modular placement. A keen awareness of the competitive landscape and adeptness at gauging competitive dynamics are essential for success in this role.

    Responsibilities:
    • Create weekly reporting to be shared with Walmart and internally.
    • Assist Sr NAM & Category Management in creating customer-facing presentations including line reviews, monthly meetings, and email communications.
    • Work with Sr NAM to develop accurate SKU-level forecasts each month based on expected baseline demand, seasonality, and promotional activity.
    • Provide data-based recommendations to aid in the Feature submission process.
    • Leverage data suite to perform pre- and post-promo analysis to include Feature tracking, Rollback performance, and national marketing programs.
    • Provide weekly/monthly updates to the sales team, with a focus on sales trends, category & market share, and competitive performance, by leveraging syndicated data.
    • Provide support with deduction and post-audit validation process.
    • Provide detailed instructions to third-party retail reps to assist with store continuity support and special projects.
    • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
    Essential Qualifications:
    • B.A./B.S. required.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven delivery in CPG. Strong business acumen; proficient Walmart knowledge
    • Experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data with the ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights.
    • Ability to bring outstanding interpersonal skills (including excellent oral and written communication), and strong problem-solving skills to any discussion with colleagues and/or customers.

    • DOMO & Luminate experience.
    • Walmart JBP exposure of Vendor Income in TVI and Financial reporting in VIQ.
    • Supply Chain knowledge and ability to pull reports in Luminate.
    Environmental Factors:
    • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
