Description *American Phoenix Inc. (API) is an experienced custom rubber mixer, founded in 1992 with the purchase from Michelin of its mixing equipment situated in the former Uniroyal Tire plant, located in Eau Claire Wisconsin. Now operating one of the largest single location custom rubber mixing facilities in America, we are a major supplier of rubber compounds, meeting exact customer specifications for premier manufactures in multiple industries.*

**Pay range: $20.80 +$1.50 shift differential 3rd shift**

The main function of the Service position is to retrieve and deliver raw materials to the 100 and 200 Banburys, take away raw materials left over and stage raw materials for upcoming runs. This position reports to Manufacturing Supervisor.

**Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:**

Responsible for following all plant safety rules.

Deliver and remove raw materials at the 100 and 200 Banburys per recipe call-outs.

Consistently show ability to recognize and deal with priorities and work independently.

Demonstrates good teamwork and communication skills.

Maintains neat and clean work area.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
