Job Description:
Strongly Preferred candidates who have 4-5 years of experience in Production Support, OpenText RightFax, Enterprise Fax Applications, Windows, MS SQL Server, Telephony (Analog, TDM , FoIP, CISCO), Network working knowledge, VM Ware, Disaster Recovery
Experience in Production Support
Experience in OpenText RightFax, Windows RightFax, Enterprise Fax Applications
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Windows Applications
Strongly Prefer Experience in Telephony (Analog, TDM , FoIP, CISCO)
Strongly Prefer Experience in VM Ware
Strong prefer experience in Disaster Recovery and Fault Tolerance
Experience working on multiple projects for Agile project delivery.
