    Company Overview: Noble Hearts is thrilled to announce a position for our client seeking an entry-level bookkeeper to enhance their financial operations. This vital role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 to $35.00, reflecting experience, alongside comprehensive benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accounts Receivable Management: Record payments, reconcile ledgers, and dispatch accurate invoices.
    • Expense Tracking: Oversee and reconcile credit card activities and payable invoices.
    • General Ledger Support: Aid in general ledger reconciliation and end-of-period closing processes.
    • Financial Record Keeping: Uphold detailed financial records, prepare reports as needed, and systematize financial documents.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong understanding of accounting principles, and absolute confidentiality.
    • Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing large, complex data sets.
    • Software: Familiarity with Winteam is advantageous.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in English reading and writing.
    • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
    • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience.
