    Automotive Service Manager - General

    Every service professional at the dealership center must excel in listening, communicating, and working efficiently to our standards.


    • Very supportive and engaged senior management team.
    • Excellent training programs for all positions.
    • High volume sales and service operations.
    • The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates, and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures, and controls

    • Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.
