- Responsible for development of project life cycle schedules through full integration of pre-FID engineering, detail engineering, procurement and field executable construction schedules working together with PM, Procurement and PMO.
- Progress project schedule based on updates provided by engineering contractors, vendors, and construction contractors into a single, integrated schedule.
- Update and align project codes, activity codes and WBS.
- Coordinate week to week activities updates as aligned with the project engineering, procurement, and construction team.
- Providing assurance on schedules submitted by contractors.
- Analyze schedule logic, activity durations, constraints, float, resource loading, critical path(s) and leveling resources as needed to support project constraints.
- Produce schedule deliverables package appropriate for the project stage gate.
- Analyze and provide report on engineering and construction contractor meeting baseline deadlines.
- Produce project management reports that effectively communicate project performance, concern, and other indicators of schedule performance.
- Participate in schedule risk workshops to establish schedule contingency.
- Apply, monitor, and report schedule float and critical path.
- Monitor and record approved schedule changes.
- Manage stage gate baselines.
- Support in resource planning and allocation during project execution & construction phase
- Provide regular updates on project planning control to the database platform and support key KPIs presentation to Leadership team.
- Conduct meetings with various stakeholders to align on project planning considering all limitations and constraints.
- Expertise in project status monitoring, analyzing critical milestones, generate early warning mechanism and support expediting of project schedule activities.

- Candidate must have 8 plus years of experience developing project schedules using Primavera P6 for capital projects through entire project life cycle
- Project Controls: Candidate shall demonstrate ability to provide oversight in schedule control on all assigned projects.
- Risk: Candidate should have experience analyzing project schedule risks throughout the project.
- Demonstrated proficiency with applicable computer software packages.
- Exceptional verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full-time position, typically 40-50 hours a week, but additional hours required as dictated by demands of the business
