Job summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient relations in person and by phone Greet patients assist with concerns and escalate issues as appropriate Check patients in/out collect co-payments issue receipts and reconcile payments Verify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic Schedule appointments and complete patient registration Process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types Handle patient/provider correspondence Explain policies procedures and services to patients Maintain a clean sanitized workspace following department guidelines
