This is an on-site role for an Architectural Drafter based in Colleyville, TX. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating and revising architectural drawings, construction plans, and detailed design documents.
Day-to-day tasks include working collaboratively with the design members to develop accurate and visually compelling plans, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and assisting in project planning.
This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the overall design objectives of the firm.Qualifications
Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Residential Drawings
Strong ability in technical drawing and drafting work
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively communicate ideas
Strong experience with CAD software or other architectural drafting tools is preferred
Understanding of local building codes and regulations is beneficial
Additional knowledge with Sketchup, VRay, D5, Photoshop, and similar design software is beneficial
Minimum 1 year residential experience
