- The love of driving and the willingness to travel.
- A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
- An unrestricted Passenger endorsement. Operators with a valid Class A or B license without a Passenger endorsement may have an opportunity to obtain one as part of the 5-week training program.
- Open availability-You must be able to work a 5–6-day work week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to pass a preemployment drug screen, background check and DOT physical exam.
- An acceptable driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
