Job Summary

The Lead Engineer will be subject matter and technical expert for assigned applications. They will work with the business, support help desk, and other team members to ensure their systems are stable, reliable, and flexible to meet our dynamic business needs specifically in B2C customer account management and payment capabilities.

Job Description

Key Competencies:

Experience Required: 7 to 10 years software engineer preferably in e-commerce domain;
possess an in depth understanding Object Oriented Principles, MVC architecture, . NET framework (2.0 & above) fundamentals; experience in developing applications using unit-test framework; Secure software Development, Performance Testing, Automated regression testing, CICD, automated deployment to production.

Development experience in building APIs at scale (preferably using micro services architecture principles),

Async architecture and Azure cloud experience a MUST.
Experience working on different authentication patterns for APIs and Applications along with Azure B2C
Posses in depth knowledge and has experience in network architecture in Hybrid cloud ecosystem
Experience working on integration with payment service providers that enable payment capabilities for both digital and card based processing
Education Required Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering

?Job Responsibilities

Enable team to practice effective DevSecOps capability, and improve the overall DevOps maturity of the team
Collaborate and identify reusable engineering work across team and avoid duplicate code in the organization and improve the reusability of code.
Coordinate with various architects and proposing and prototyping new tech stack, technical implementations, and solutions that help the organization
Assist & groom engineering team members and enable a learning and innovative culture in the sub-organization.
Partner with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions. Partners with Solution Architects to provide a consensus based scalable and adaptable architectural solution
Providing technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers
Contributing to the design and development of new products and features
Ensuring that engineering processes are followed
Maintaining product quality and production support related activities
