Our trio of founders - Daniel, Alexander, and Florian - are accomplished entrepreneurs with a wealth of experience. The leadership team at EWOR has successfully built and sold 7 companies in the past, including high-value exits like Adjust and ProGlove, as well as founding the largest global entrepreneurship society for individuals under 26, and making over 150 private angel investments.

We provide investments of up to €150,000 to empower multiple founders, allowing them to sustain themselves financially and prepare for significant funding rounds during or after our Fellowship program. This investment aims to support the initial stages of startup development, promoting growth and fostering innovation.

A testament to the program's success, one of our fellows achieved a record for Europe's largest pre-seed funding round by a first-time founder, securing a €12M pre-seed investment.

For individuals who prefer a more conventional employment structure, we are open to offering direct employment with a regular wage as an alternative.

Tasks

• You will establish and manage your own startup in sectors like EdTech.
• You will participate in 20 courses covering topics from team building to no-code prototyping, and preparing for venture capital rounds.
• You will undergo a comprehensive personal development journey curated by unicorn founders and engage in a structured program to enhance your goal-setting, time management, and energy management skills.
