    Property Manager Position


    Location: El Paso, TX


    Category: Administrative


    Description:
    Property Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment complex, ensuring smooth functioning of the physical asset. They lead a team, manage maintenance, and support in various outlined areas.

    Remuneration: Starting at $15/hr. and up to $25/hr plus additional incentives. Benefits include medical, PTO, and 401K after probation period and one year of employment respectively.

    Qualifications for Higher Pay Rate($19+):

    • 2-5+ years experience with LIHTC, HOME, and 811 programs, and Texas Property Code
    • CAM certification

    Job Requirements:

    • Valid US Driver's License
    • Valid Vehicle Insurance
    • Eligibility to work in the US

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Timely rent collection and fee management
    • Regular inspections and maintenance coordination
    • Effective communication with residents
    • Maximizing revenue and overseeing turnovers
    • Ensuring legal compliance and minimizing costs
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships

    Skills:

    • Communication proficiency
    • Excellent customer service
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
    • Knowledge of contracts and discrimination laws

    Supervisory Role:

    • Training and supervising assistant managers
    • Assigning daily tasks

    Physical Demands:

    Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform various physical tasks.

    Working Hours:

    Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility for overtime as needed.

    Travel:

    Travel between properties is required within the same county.
