    Family Medicine without OB

    conducting a mix of acute, chronic, well visits, and Hedis 5-Star measures
    Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits
    Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates
    Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
    Opportunity for Academic teaching with UCR school of medicine
    Practiced at least 1 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages is preferred, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
    Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your Orangecrest Medical Group start date
    State licensed in California, obtained before your Orangecrest Medical Group start date
