Provide direct patient care, including wound care, dressing changes, and catheterization
Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens

Assist with discharge planning and coordination of followup care
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
Proficient in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
Experience in infant care, toddler care, and family planning
Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
Ability to perform tube feeding for patients requiring enteral nutrition support
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
