Job summary
The PACE Program Director is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of the FHCN PACE program.This position plays a key leadership role interacting with all levels of FHCN PACE staff including members providers community agencies and health network management. The job requires an understanding of trade/profession at a level that allows employee to select methods for others to use from those already in existence in profession.,
Responsibilities
- Provides overall management and direction to departmental/division staff.
- Responsible for performance management of departmental employees including all managers supervisors and employees in the department.
- Demonstrates core leadership behaviors and team one approach.
