Description:
Utilize the sales and distribution model of SAP to enter and manage customer sales orders and purchase orders.
Work closely with vendors to coordinate products for drop shipments.
Coordinate materials to deliver to jobsites with customers.
Monitor SAP generated back-order lists, open billing lists and handle scheduling for pickup and shipments.
Answer questions from customers and sales representatives as they arise.
Provide backup support and coverage for other Project Coordinators as needed.
Travel may be required occasionally to visit customers, attend tradeshows and participate in full team customer operations meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred with 2-5 Years of work experience in a similar position
Strong technical skills - SAP preferred
Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to foster a collaborative working environment.
Strong attention to detail - strong data entry skills.
