This is a full-time on-site role as an Onsite Manager located in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Onsite Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and expediting project timelines.

duties include, pool maintenance (CPO Preferred), lawn maintenance, pond maintenance, gate and minor road maintenance, sprinkler and irrigation maintenance, and misc.

Qualifications

• Experience in general property maintenance, project management, logistics management, and expediting. Knowledge of inspection processes and procedures. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
