We are seeking a Project Manager & Estimator with experience in structural concrete to manage projects from preconstruction through completion. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who can confidently handle both field execution and estimating responsibilities contributing to successful project delivery while helping win future work.+Qualifications
+- 2+ years of estimating experience in structural concrete (field experience preferred)
- Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff or similar takeoff software
- Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, concrete systems, and field operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
