    Position Summary


    Performs time administration for a variety of locations in USA. Manages the timecard sign-off process of assigned supported locations and reconciliation of hours during payroll transmission days. Acts as a champion for a positive payroll experience by supporting internal and external team members in the efforts of producing accurate weekly earning payments. Partners with local management, People Team contacts and Leaves Team members ensuring accuracy to timecard edits and various pay code entries.

    Job Description

    • Enter badge, accrual, leave of absence, pay code and schedule data into ADP eTime/Kronos
    • Research and correct any discrepancies in timecard entries or accrual balances.
    • Must work mandatory overtime hours on all Corporate Holidays where one day holiday processing schedule is in effect on a Monday, (E.g., Christmas Day, Memorial Day, New Year's Day, Monday prior to Thanksgiving processing week).
    • Resolve assigned ADP eTime/Kronos service tickets by means of current pay period resolution or via historical edits.
    • Serve as a back-up or may have full responsibility to participate in completing the monthly Payroll SOX audits for US and Canada
    • Attend various meetings in support of ADP eTime/Kronos tasks.
    • Participate in weekly reconciliation of Payroll Preview and Final registers along with distribution of email communications of the register files to different location administrators
    • Close service tickets timely to ensure responses are received within SLA timeframes
    • Attend weekly ADP eTime/Kronos training sessions aimed at increasing Admin proficiencies

    Qualifications

    • Strong comprehension of time administration tools and applications relative to executing ADP eTime/Kronos processing.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) with ability to communicate clearly in English in both written and verbal forms
    • Strong knowledge of Excel with high level of proficiency using the Vlookup function.

    • Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency towards time sensitive tasks
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

    • Ability to work with a team (Internal to Payroll, cross functionally and third parties)

    • Associate/Technical degree desired or equivalent work experience

    Other Considerations

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint
    • All meetings are held via Microsoft TEAMS and a professional business appearance is expected by all team members whether in a Sealed Air office or working remote. An on-camera presence is requested as much as possible.
    • The critical days of the week for this role are MONDAYS and TUESDAYS and those daily hours may exceed 8 in a day.
    • The main locations this position will support are based in the USA and span the Eastern, Mountain and Pacific time zones.
    • During the interview, the Time Admin Supervisor will share the "core" business hours in Eastern Time zone that we would like this role to overlap although flexibility on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays can be discussed.
