We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager for our high-end residential remodeling firm. This role is primarily remote with the expectation of one in-person office visit per week in Berkeley, CA.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks Desktop and Procore.
- Manage office administration duties such as email correspondence and phone calls.
