    Excellent time management skills to include prioritization of tasks, communication, execution to meet established deadlines

    Previous Experience/Education:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    5+ years' experience in roles with increasing responsibility
    2+ years' successful experience supervising a branch or profit center with Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility
    2+ years' experience leading in a multi-unit work environment
    Experience in revenue generation to include the ability to analyze income statements and take appropriate action

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    Working conditions are normal for an office environment
    Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment
    Standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basis
