    Navigation and Sensor Systems (NSS) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
    BAE Systems is currently looking for a Program Manager to lead a team focused on development of the next generation of military GPS devices to support our Ground Portfolio
    You will be working collaboratively with a team of experienced leaders and engineers to develop next generation navigation solutions

    Responsibilities for this job role include:

    • Focal for DoD customer and internal relationships
    • Work with a team of leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute a complex development program that engages a variety of disciplines, including systems, hardware, software, certification, and production
    • Help form strategies around program execution as well as engage in product line roadmap development

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 7 or more years leading development programs
    • Experience working across multiple disciplines
    • Control Account Management (CAM) experience
    • Current Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • History working US DoD programs
    • Agile Development
    • Strong risk management skills
    • Experience in project execution and oversight to ensure development teams have properly planned, set up project schedules, defined key performance measures, and established program cadence that ensures successful execution of program objectives.
    • Experience in supporting pursuit activities, including bids and proposals.
    • PMP Certification preferred but not required (would be willing to pursue completion of PMP certification) Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range:
    $ $217400 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
    However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience
