    The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead our electrical engineering team, playing a crucial role in the development and implementation of our innovative heat pump technology.

    This position demands a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management.

    The manager will oversee internal teams, collaborate with external partners, and ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems into our products.


    Team Leadership and Project Management:
    Direct and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient progress and timely delivery of objectives.
    Facilitate communication between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring alignment of goals and strategies.


    Technical Oversight:
    Provide technical guidance in the design, development, and production of electronic components and systems.
    Ensure the integration of advanced software tools and programming languages in the development process.
    Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging electrical technologies and their potential applications in HVAC systems.


    Qualifications:
    A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.

    At least 5-7 years of experience in a managerial/lead role within the electronics hardware and software development sector, HVAC industry experience is an advantage.

    Advanced proficiency in electronics design software (e.g., OrCAD, Altium) and programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python).Demonstrated experience with LabVIEW and data acquisition systems.
