As an Associate Strategy Director, we anticipate you've already mastered the fundamentals of the craft (e.g., 4Cs analysis, writing a brief). And now, you're ready to take full responsibility for larger projects. Which means anything from owning a product launch to running part of an account. It includes providing direction to research partners as well as partnering with creatives. And beginning to shift from beautifully executing things you're asked to do, to proactively seeking new ways to add value.
We'll also help you learn and refine the skills you'll need to one day become a Strategy Director: persuasion, selling great work, and creating an overall vision for a brand, to name a few.
