- A minimum of 3 years of teaching, excluding student teaching, of grade level being requested.
- Must have experience teaching in special education environment.
- Knowledge of material for presentation of four (4) core subjects in a differentiated manner for the students' abilities.
- Have flexibility and pivot as needed for the students' engagement.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and students' progress as well as assign grading on a weekly basis.
- Must be available in-person in the Wilmington area (preferably no more than 30 minutes travel time).
- Possess a Special Education Teaching certification.
