    Job Description

    We are hiring qualified Maintenance Techs for our management companies. Need to have knowledge in the apartment industry & turning units. Must have experience in light electrical, plumbing, and Carpentry. HVAC Certification is a plus These are ongoing opportunities
    Candidates MUST have:
    * Experience in the apartment industry
    * Renovation experience a huge plus
    *Carpentry
    *Electrical
    *Painting
    *Plumbing
    *Appliance Repair
    *Punch out lists - work orders

    Job Requirements

    Need 1+ years of maintenance or handyman experience in the apartment industry or construction field
    Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
    Must Pass National Criminal Background Check
    Ability to work temp assignments that could potentially turn into permanent positions
