And we need a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to lead and grow our team of 4 IT recruiters. This position works hand-in-hand with our biz-dev team to meet client needs. And it calls for a few non-negotiables:

    Wanna play? Here's what we need:

    Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 4 IT recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment and overseeing staff development.

    Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to SAP and IT professionals. Monitor recruitment processes to ensure best practices and improve efficiency.

    Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract top-tier talent in SAP and related IT disciplines. Build a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future staffing needs.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with account managers to understand client hiring requirements and challenges. Provide expert advice on market trends and candidate availability.

    Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess team performance and recruitment effectiveness. Adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

    Table Stakes (basics you need to be considered)

    • 7+ years of IT staffing agency recruiting experience; 2+ years in team lead/management role.
    • Understanding of recruitment practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Bachelor's Degree is not required, but preferred.
    • Experience with ATS tools, we use PCRecruiter.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • A great personality and positive attitude

    Working at BCTG

    • $75k - $90k Base + Management Bonuses
    • Hybrid Work Environment (1-2 days per week in Durham office near Southpoint Mall)
    • Summer Fridays (wrap up by 1:00pm on Fridays, Memorial Day to Labor Day)
    • Office Closed Christmas to New Year's Day (Free PTO in addition to standard 14 days)
