    JOB DESCRIPTION: Nursing Care Administrator
    A Nursing Care Administrator is needed to provide nursing care to designated patients under a Registered Nurse's supervision. The role involves various direct and indirect patient care tasks as required for different age groups.

    • JOB FUNCTIONS
    • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to:
    • Collects essential data for R.N. assessment and reports deviations.
    • Performs patient care according to standards and patient needs.
    • Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
    • Assists ancillary nursing staff and monitors patients' IVs.
    • Performs all assigned duties effectively.
    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    One-year relevant experience preferred.
    SPECIAL SKILL AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
    Must possess current Louisiana LPN licensure.
    HIPAA REQUIREMENTS:
    Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations.
    SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
    Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all safety practices relevant to the job position.
