    The Program Manager reports to the Manager, PPM Process and Product to oversee the various projects the organization implements to ensure they align effectively with the organization's mission and the program's goals. The Program Manager will manage lifecycle, helping to drive the strategic roadmap into tangible, actionable tracks, projects, and programs. The successful candidate must have an effective background in communication of priorities and project and program vision to diverse business and corporate IT teams and partners, followed by the translation of these priorities into practical technical solutions and capabilities. The individual in this role is responsible for establishing and executing against a roadmap of continuous business value delivery. The Program Manager will monitor the progress of several projects within the program.

    Responsibilities

    Planning -

    Preparation of the detailed program/project plan along with the Product Manager

    Present product plans and updates to executives and investors as needed

    Work closely with engineers to enable them to identify the critical path, prioritize and execute upon requirements.

    Communication -

    Establishment of communication modes and cadences with various stakeholders, conducting planned and ad-hoc meetings with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are on track and to communicate latest status to them, and sharing of meeting minutes and regular updates with various stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Management -

    Identification of stakeholders and their roles, keeping them updated on the progress of the program, addressing their concerns, seeking and implementing their feedback.

    Risk Management -

    Identification of risks and detailing of a mitigation plan to ensure that the program stays on track or is brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers.

    Conflict Management -

    Identifying destructive conflicts and resolving them using various conflict resolution approaches such as compromising, smoothing, confronting and forcing.

    Escalation -

    Tactfully raising issues and blockers to the right stakeholders at the right time to remove roadblocks with a view to ensuring that the project/program is put back on track.

    Data & Metrics -

    Definition of various key metrics related to projects, product and customer that need to be tracked to communicate to stakeholders, analyzing data using Clarity, Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, and creating reports, charts and dashboards.

    Leadership -

    Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years progressive experience in technical project and program management.
    • Experience in leading design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to implementation.
    • Experience in implementing Resource Capacity Planning at a large non-matrix organization.
    • Expertise with Agile software development process with a strong emphasis on test driven development.
    • Strong expertise with Jira and Confluence.
    • Strong communication skills with proven experience handling collaboration across executives and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to clearly articulate vision, strategy and requirements to engineers and internal business partners.
    • Ability to build durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively drive decision-making across organizations.
    • Ability to deliver results in a complex, hybrid environment, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to frequently change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective time management skills with emphasis on quality and timely completion of tasks.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Experience using Clarity

    Education

    • BA/BS in a related field

    Compensation:

    The estimated pay range for this position is USD $85.00/hr - $91.00/hr and is an Exempt role.

    Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
