    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a Reservation Agent to assist guests with booking reservations for accommodations here at Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries.
    • Assist guests in making, changing, or canceling reservations.
    • Provide information on availability, pricing, and other related details.
    • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
    • Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient reservation processes.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
