    PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers.     Job Description
    The Senior Financial Analyst will contribute to key organizational financial decisions as the company continues to grow and expand in our existing and prospective future markets. The role will report directly to the Director of Corporate Finance and will focus on the following responsibilities:

    • Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of the company's retail, manufacturing and wholesale distribution operations.
    • Support monthly management reporting vs Plan for revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and other defined reporting metrics and KPI's.
    • Working directly with senior management to provide insightful analytics and projections to inform critical business decisions.
    • Build and support monthly/quarterly competitor analysis and market reports for leadership review.
    • Support the preparation of monthly business reviews, quarterly reporting, and annual reporting for senior leadership.
    • Understand key business drivers and continue to refine or develop KPI's
    • Become a trusted partner to the various departments and leadership, providing guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, and market intelligence.
    • Create, track and support process flow and internal controls for ad hoc requests and projects.
    • Play an integral role in supporting various capital markets and M&A activity
    • Develop an understanding of the cannabis industry as well as the PharmaCann markets.
    • Drive process improvement and optimize financial reporting across the organization.

    Competencies and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
    • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
    • Extensive understanding of financial statements (i.e., IS, BS, CF) and financial concepts (e.g., DCF, NPV, IRR, etc.).
    • Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Results-oriented, with the ability to provide accurate deliverables in a timely manner.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively plan and lead multiple projects
    • Desire to learn and grow your knowledge of the cannabis market and Corporate Finance functions.
    • Strong modeling and Excel skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
    • Dynamics 365 or NAV experience (Preferred but not required).
    • PowerBI, Domo or other reporting tools experience (Preferred but not required).
