    As Software Product Engineer II you will use your broad understanding of software development and verification techniques for medical or other regulated systems.

    You will develop a strong understanding of the SW Architecture, test strategy, contribute to strategic leadership in developing, execution and release activities of various Software versions in compliance with regulatory standards.

    As a Software Product Engineer II, you will be working on Release Product Software for Surgical OU RPE organization. This role involves developing strategic product roadmaps, software version architecture and leading critical sustainability efforts.

    You will communicate with internal & external stakeholders, customers, those communications will influence roadmap prioritization and identifying the correct timelines.

    Nice to Have
    Experience with a big company with matrix structures, having already worked with cross functional teams using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
    Deep understanding of SW product development life cycle/process
    Experience as a Product owner using an agile environment.
    Experience building and prioritizing backlog.
    Familiarity with one or more coding languages, preferably C++.
    Medical product development experience including hands-on experience with medical/surgical devices/instruments; familiarity with medical device regulations including IEC 62304.
    Experience SDLC process and tools including JIRA, Git, JAMA, Bitbucket (Stash) and Bamboo
    Ability to work with QA to ensure testing meets Quality and Regulatory needs.
    Ability to manage, track and upgrade multiple hardware and software configurations.
    Ability to work with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers when discovering, documenting, and resolving integration issues.

    Must Have:
    Minimum Requirements


    Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably software or robotics related, and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with no industry relevant experience.
