• This team member provides day-to-day application support at L2-Level to business-critical applications.
• This role requires comprehensive communication skills and technology skills in handling issues with Unix/Linux hosts, databases (Oracle/Mongo), and Java/Python-based applications.
• long with basic scripting skills in Unix/Python areas. The role requires working flexible hours, with the need for weekend work to assist with application deployments and weekend checks for wellness.
