Position: Project Manager

Location: Washington DC

Type: Full Time/ Onsite/ Pending Contract Award

IBEX is looking for a motivated individual with leadership skills to join a fast-paced, government contracting, and professional services team as an onsite Team Lead. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to serve as the primary point of contact between our government client, a support team and our company. You will be responsible for the overall daily operations and administrative support services across 3 government offices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have the ability to work in the U.S.
10 + years as Team Lead or Manager in daily operations of administrative support with demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve
Bachelor's Degree is requiredExcellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Technical Skills: Outlook, MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to develop standards and report research results
Strong organizational skills including documentation, tracking, and change control
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Former Government Employee, Veteran and/or Experience working at a Government Contracting Company.
3-5 years of experience managing Federal contracts and providing support to government clients
3-5 years of proven Program and Federal Government proposal management and writing experience
3-5 years Experience leading a team(s) remotely, across time zones

Responsibilities:

Be the single point of contact for the client's representative.
Responsible for the overall daily operations and administrative support services of the contract.
Be able to designate alternate team lead on all matters relating to work performed under the contract.
Serve as primary point of contact between the client and IBEX regarding performance and operational concerns that may arise at the three (3) government offices.
Resolve issues between the client and contractor employees, including staffing, problem escalation and resolution, performance monitoring, time and attendance and leave issues, among others.
Gather information, produce and present reports as needed

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
