Job summary
The Commercial Appliance Technician is responsible for responding to customer work orders as assigned by their service manager. This includes traveling to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.The technician will be given a van, company fuel card, credit card, phone and iPad. All work orders are dispatched electronically via the phone/iPad the afternoon before. The tech is expected to quickly view those work orders, so they are aware of their next day's schedule.
