    We seek a highly skilled Associate Business Development Manager with the drive and determination to help us expand our client base.

    This position reports to our Director of Sales and Marketing. In addition, as the business development lead, my responsibilities include coordinating strategy and relationships to advance our business model.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, extraordinarily adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and has success navigating life science partners to drive adoption.

    They play a key role in the company and in new business generation. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.

    Areas of business growth include Biometrics (Clinical SAS, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, etc.), Regulatory, QA & Clinical Trials and other emerging technologies, etc.,ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads by cold calling, leveraging our proprietary database, LinkedIn, social media, and many other strategic tools.

    Assist with the creation of sales material to present to customers.
    Screen candidates and provide feedback to the hiring team.
    Provide recruitment status updates to the Hiring Manager.
    Provide feedback to company leadership on sales-related topicsOversee onboarding and wage negotiations.
    Continually market new roles to top tech professionals by understanding needs, wants, and goalsPlease do other duties as assigned.
    QualificationsBachelors degree + at least one years experience in sales/business development in a pharmaceutical company.
    Project management experience preferredDemonstrated track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leadsStrong communication and negotiation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
