    What is the Results Delivery Office?

    The Results Delivery Office supports the development and execution of Caliber's strategic priorities and initiatives. Our team is responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities to help inform - profitable future growth, business optimization initiatives, and change management. You will work with key business unit stakeholders, department leaders, and external resources to ensure Caliber successfully achieves its five-year strategic goals. You will use both quantitative and qualitative analyses to both optimize current operations and help Caliber realize our Vision: "To be the company that improves the image of the automotive service experience".

    What will you be asked to do?
    • Gain a full understanding of Caliber's lines of business (LOB) and strategic initiatives
    • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders from all LOBs and departments to effectively gather subject-matter expertise, align executive leaders, and drive to action
    • Ensure availability, alignment, and deployment of central resources for all priority initiatives
    • Co-develop solutions, support execution planning, implementation, and success monitoring and documentation
    • Assist business leaders in structuring and tracking key test-and-learn opportunities
    • Prepare presentations for and effectively communicate with executive leaders
    • Develop business cases to assess a wide array of strategic and optimization opportunities
    • Generate actionable insights from industry trends and competitor dynamics
    • Work with executive leaders to vet new growth opportunities to advance business goals
    This role will be located in our home office in Lewisville, TX.

    What are we looking for?

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree and two or more years of work experience
    • Background in corporate strategy, management-, strategy-, or tech consulting, corporate development, investment banking, research and development, or related areas
    • Strong research, problem solving, and analytical skills with ability to generate insights from data and make informed recommendations
    • Ability to synthesize information quickly and present insights to executive leaders
    • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
    • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise way
    • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
    Even better if you have:
    • Experience building cross-functional relationships, gathering subject-matter expertise, and aligning key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of high-visibility initiatives
    • Comfortable arriving at "the answer" through a combination of independent research, financial / operational data analysis, and input from subject matter experts
