    A hospital-based imaging department is hiring a
    MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) for a permanent, direct-hire night shift position.

    This role supports diagnostic imaging services in an acute care environment and requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and patient-focused care.

    The position offers stability, shift differential pay, and the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with clinical teams as needed.

    Shift Details

    • Night shift
    • Differential: $2.50/hour for MRI night shift
    • Occasional overtime based on department needs

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform MRI diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
    • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging
    • Verify imaging orders and patient information
    • Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently
    • Accurately document procedures in the electronic medical record
    • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and clinical staff
    • Maintain equipment cleanliness and quality standards
    • Follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements

    Requirements

    Education

    • Vocational / Technical Degree in Radiology Technology (required)

    Experience

    • 1–2 years of MRI experience (preferred)

    Certifications & Licensure

    • Radiology Technologist (RT)
    • Certified Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) – ARRT
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
