    Description
    Fleek is a B2B Marketplace for wholesale second hand fashion. We enable resellers and retail stores to buy from vintage clothing suppliers from around the world.

    We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator and founders/CEOs of Depop, Shopify, Postmates.

    About the Team


    Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of making second hand first choice while promoting circular fashion and building a beautiful product experience.

    Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, UC Berkeley, etc.

    About the Role

    You will be joining the Fleek Growth Team and will be responsible for engaging with our community of resellers


    You will:
    Own organic social media channels by developing a content calendar based on key brand messages – this includes planning, content creation, drafting, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting
    Assist in rolling out promotions and product launches across channels
    Own affiliate programs/collaborations with content creators
    Assist on performance marketing creatives and SEO content/projects
    Build Fleek's community through owned channels, and consistently engage resellers and stores that are a part of the Fleek Community
    Innovate and implement new ideas to run campaigns such as auctions, story sales, and more to help develop social as an acquisition channel
    Requirements

    You need to be creative, innovative, and an analytical thinker. Our buyers are hard working resellers and stores.

    Being able to have a voice that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

    Ideally, you have worked at a high growth startup before and have an entrepreneurial mindset
    3+ years of experience in a content role across social media platforms
    Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing calendars and campaign documents
    Keen interest in emerging platforms and technologies
    Strong knowledge of social media metrics and content performance
    Strong copywriting skills, and an ability to adapt brand tone of voice to reflect community expectations
    Being a member of the reseller or vintage community a huge plus
    *Please note, the role requires 3 days a week in the office in Spitalfields
