    Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager with a Generalist background and preferably with heavy Excess and Surplus (E&S) lines experience.

    The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert advice and guidance, and ensure that all policies and coverage meet their specific requirements.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage generalist book of varied industry accounts and sizes.
    Evaluate client insurance needs and provide expert advice on policy options, coverage limits, and risk management strategies.
    Negotiate with carriers to obtain the best possible terms and pricing for clients.
    Prepare and present client proposals, including coverage recommendations and pricing details.
    Ensure all policy documentation and related materials are accurate and up-to-date.
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting commercial lines insurance and E&S lines.


    Requirements:


    Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management, with a focus on commercial insurance and E&S lines.

    Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage options, including E&S lines.
    Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Proven ability to negotiate effectively with carriers and other stakeholders.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
    Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, CIC) a plus.
    Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS360 and ImageRight preferred)

    The position is based in the Atlanta Metro area, however, the position is fully remote. The salary is up to $85,000 for the right candidate.
