    In this role, you will provide support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for end users and support teams.

    You will support large manufacturing and office environments including PC Hardware, Software, Applications, and Peripherals while applying strong IS infrastructure technology knowledge to support infrastructure activity within all IS process domains.

    This position reports to EL Americas Customer Experience LeaderYour responsibilities Answer user calls and emails within a timely manner for both basic and 2nd level issuesCreate tickets for users across multiple systems and issues.

    Monitors tickets for completionAssist users with basic and intermediate level technical issues ranging from application installs to driver updatesExtensive use of Active Directory tools to remove/add and edit usersSupports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/servicesYour background Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field preferred OR equivalent experience2 years experience in an enterprise end user support role preferredStrong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a teamEmbraces working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityFluent in Microsoft Office and Support of 0365Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsWindows 10 knowledge and support experienceEagerness to learn new concepts and expand technical expertiseCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USBenefits Retirement planLife insuranceDisability insuranceHealthcare planWellbeing programMore about us ABB Installation Products Division (formerly Thomas&Betts),is the number one manufacturer of electrification products in North America with a 125-year history of providing innovation and customer- focused solutions for connecting and protecting electrical systems, as well as a unique differentiated medium voltage offering.
