In this role, you will provide support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for end users and support teams.You will support large manufacturing and office environments including PC Hardware, Software, Applications, and Peripherals while applying strong IS infrastructure technology knowledge to support infrastructure activity within all IS process domains.
This position reports to EL Americas Customer Experience LeaderYour responsibilities Answer user calls and emails within a timely manner for both basic and 2nd level issuesCreate tickets for users across multiple systems and issues.
