    Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Healthcare

    Summary: As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the healthcare sector, you will be leading the financial activities of the organization.     Responsibilities:

    • Financial Planning and Strategy:
      • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the organization's objectives.
      • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for informed decision-making.
      • Assess and manage financial risks efficiently, including budgeting and cost containment.
    • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
      • Prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders and oversee the audit process.
      • Collaborate with auditors to maintain transparency in financial reporting.
    • Revenue Cycle Management:
      • Optimize revenue generation strategies, billing, and collections processes.
      • Monitor KPIs related to revenue cycle management for enhanced financial performance.
      • Address revenue leakage and denial management issues.
    • Financial Operations:
      • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
      • Implement efficient financial systems to enhance productivity.
      • Recommend investments and financing options for business growth.
    • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration:
      • Advise the CEO and executive team on financial matters.
      • Collaborate with department heads for aligned financial strategies.
      • Mentor the finance team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the healthcare sector.
    • Knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop financial strategies for organizational growth.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Commitment to integrity and compliance with financial standards.
