    END USER COMPUTING: Windows 11, Intune, O365, AirWatch

    Must Skill sets Windows 11, Intune, O365, AirWatch, Windows Client OS Patching, SCCM, Ivanti, Active Directory-LAPS, Deskside Support.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Study, plan, propose, coordinate and implement End User Computing projects for support, migration and upgrade considering capacity/resource planning for mission critical infra application environment.
    • Research and lead the design of modern end user computing solutions
    • Define and promote end user technology standards for hardware, OS, core applications, and peripherals
    • Evaluate, establish, integrate and maintain end user technology applications used to manage desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, virtual applications and mobile devices
    • Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis
    • Proactively automate, streamline and simplify engineering processes and routine tasks
    • Oversee the updating and creation of system documentation for engineering, operations, and support teams
    • Lead and plan multiple cross company projects and initiatives that impact the end user computing solutions and experiences
    • Operate under minimal direction and sometimes leads others
    • Lead transition of operational tasks to managed service provider and act as an ongoing resource
    • Provide guidance to other members of the team
    • Provide expert technical advice to peers and leadership
    • Participate in the on-call rotation
    • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and coordinating with leadership/peer teams.
    • Related certifications preferable.
    • Focus towards service improvement and process automation.
    • ITIL Knowledge Problem Management and Change Management.
    • Provide Level- 24/7 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.
