    Midtown Athletic Club located in Rochester, NY is currently seeking a Regional Sales Support Specialist (RS3) to collaborate with our membership advisors to engage with potential members, guide them in visiting the clubs, and introduce them to the various experiences offered by Midtown. We are keen on discussing this opportunity with you. The compensation for this role is $19.00 per hour, along with commission-based incentives.

    As a crucial part of our membership team, an RS3 will have a positive impact on the success of our clubs and the lives of others. Our (RS3) team members act as the primary troubleshooters, conveying the club's story and highlighting the benefits of joining our fitness community.

    Key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Support Specialist (RS3) include:

    • Demonstrating self-drive, RS3s organize their days to engage in conversations with potential members through phone and digital communications.
    • Operating efficiently to ensure prompt responses to inquiries, showcasing a high level of outreach in a fast-paced setting.
    • Personalizing the experience for each prospect, engaging in meaningful conversations, and gathering their aspirations to share with our advisors.
    • Acquiring in-depth knowledge about our clubs and the industry to effectively communicate and educate prospects on our offerings and advantages.
    • Contributing individually and collaboratively within a team environment, actively participating in meetings.

    Requirements for the Regional Sales Support Specialist (RS3) role:

    • Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service with a successful track record.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to ask engaging questions aimed at making a positive impact.
