- Assists in the preparation of meals and snacks as directed by the Cook and Head Cook.
- Assists in the preparation of cycle menus.
- Monitors and records refrigerator/freezer temperatures according to established schedules.
- Sanitizes small equipment and utensils between use according to policies and procedures.
- Performs general cleanup after meals, including but not limited to dishwashing, surface cleaning and mopping of floors.
