    Cybersecurity Solutions Architect & Client Engagement Leader
    Join our team as a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect & Client Engagement Leader, where you'll act as the vanguard of 'Fortress' in our engagements with Program Management Authorities (PMAs) and potential clients
    Your role will be critical in leading Navy systems-based cybersecurity initiatives and translating intricate client needs into bespoke, compliant solutions, cementing our position as a trailblazer in the cybersecurity landscape

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead program management initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives
    Develop deep technical and cybersecurity expertise, particularly in Navy systems and compliance protocols
    Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships, leveraging your communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity
    Utilize your negotiation and persuasion skills to foster and sustain positive client interactions
    Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, translating client requirements into actionable plans and customized cybersecurity solutions
    Integrate client feedback to continually refine and enhance our service offerings
    Drive team inspiration and external representation of our company's vision and values
    Demonstrate resilience and adaptability, upholding effectiveness in dynamic, high-pressure environments
    Align with and promote our company culture, emphasizing the pivotal role of cybersecurity in ensuring client success

    Required Qualifications:
    Proven experience (10+ years) in program management, with at least 5 years in a technology or cybersecurity client-facing role
    A deep understanding of Navy systems and a track record of developing cybersecurity solutions in compliance with stringent protocols
    Strong strategic program management skills with a history of successful project delivery aligned with business goals
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building long-lasting client relationships
    A keen analytical mind capable of designing tailored solutions and solving complex problems
    Visionary leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and acting as a company ambassador in various external capacities
    Active SECRET clearance is essential

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working within or closely related to Navy Program Office(s) gives you unique insights into one of our key client sectors
    Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+)

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
