- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency, Community Health, Public Administration, Public Health, Human Services, or related field. * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Two (2) years' experience using Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and Outlook program.
- Two (2) years' experience working in Human/Customer Service related field.
- Two (2) years' experience working in an office environment.
- One (1) year experience using multi-line phones.

- WA State Driver's License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required)
- Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- HIPAA certification upon hire.
